I had the best experience ever at this AutoZone, all thanks to Larry — the Country Cowboy himself! From the moment he stepped in to help, he brought the perfect mix of professionalism, knowledge, and genuine Southern charm. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who not only knows their stuff but truly cares about the people they’re helping. Larry made me feel taken care of, and because of him, this will always be my go-to AutoZone location. If you’re lucky enough to be helped by the Country Cowboy, just know you’re in great hands! Absolutely amazing service — I’ll definitely be back!

Exceptional customer service! James S was proactive in offering to help me assess my battery, starter, and alternator, then patiently walked me through all my options, and ended up helping me identify the solution by sharing a similar situation another customer experienced. He then helped me identify the product I needed without any kind of pushy sales pitch. As I was leaving and thanked him, he responded, “Any time! That’s what we’re here for!” A very rare and exceptional customer service experience nowadays! I will be back!

Cowboy helped me out and he was probably the funniest guy I’ve met in a long time. He turned a frustrating situation into a good time and helped solve the issue with my car. I’m very grateful!!!

I’m literally sitting outside of this location and have since 7:15 AM. No one but customers have came. I believe this to be incredibly unprofessional and inconvenient for working class customers who have prompt schedules. Here it is ten til 8:00 AM and no employees. Please be more considerate of others!
