AutoZone Auto Parts

AutoZone has great staff every time I go in there they’re really helpful because I have no idea what I’m getting for my mechanic to fix my car. I like that you can take things back, If you don’t use them they give you a refund. I’m always going to AutoZone because we have a three car household and we have a mechanic who works on our cars. And the staff there is very knowledgeable about what they’re selling and how cars work so I appreciate it.

Nate is the best!!! I came in to get an Engine air filter he advised me that it was good to change the cabin filter also so I ended up getting both! Then he changed it for me. Everything was super fast and easy. He also made sure I checked out he’s work afterwards, everything was perfect. thank you Nate.

To my surprise I ho to my car and the beeoer isn't working. Panic sets in. After several more presses it opened the door. As I was planning on making 2 grocery stops I was hoping I would not be locked out. Although I experienced 2 more issues of this I said find an auto parts store and there was Auto Zone. What stood out the.most was professional service. As I walked in another customer was leaving. I was greeted friendly and timely. Explained what I felt was needed and the guy who had greeted me took my remote, opened it, checked battery needed, replaced it, tested it and I was out in no time with no additional scares. I've used 3 other Auto Zone locations and they have all been helpful, friendly and courteous, but this guy made this store my #1.

Excellent service!! I went in a few days ago to get another battery for my Honda, not knowing that you guys also installed it there too! (Lucky for me because my husband was at work) everyone was super polite and a big shout out to Demond for the install of my battery!

The manager Nathanial Customer service was excellent very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone that is looking for auto parts to come to the store. I will be a regular here from now on. Clean store and always stock with parts.
