A great experience stopping by to get my battery changed. Peyton was very helpful helping me find the correct battery and putting it in my car quickly. Jenna and Aldo were also very helpful recommending wipers and wiper fluid for my car when I mentioned all the weather we have been having the past 2 weeks. Overall, the staff is very professional and helpful.

Great experience at this AutoZone. I was having trouble finding the correct serpentine belt for my Mercedes because the dealer kept giving me the wrong part number. Kevin and Jenna went above and beyond and did their own research to figure it out. I finally found the correct belt thanks to them. Very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. better service than the dealer. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service provided by Alex on Sunday afternoon. We bought a battery and put it in back at my house but had an issue with a bracket that is part of the car. Alex helped us resolve the issue in no time at all! Thanks again Alex.

Amazing customer service from an employee whose name I unfortunately didn’t get tonight. I was working on my car late and hustled over before closing. Despite the store closing in 10 minutes, the employee fully assisted me with the tool I needed and even came out to my car to help figure out which tool would suffice. Glad to call this my local AZ 💪🏼

The Assistant Manager, Parker, assisted me this morning with a check engine mode. He was a rock star! He printed the codes flagged and was so professional. He would not accept a tip so I am here to let everyone know how h reat he was! I only shop here for parts due to the incredible service! Thanks again!
