Didn’t wanna give the one star- I purchased new bulbs for my truck at a different location. I stopped at this location to return two packs of bulbs because they gave me the wrong bulbs. Store manager would not return the bulbs because “the computer would not allow it.” Will no longer be buying auto parts from Auto Zone. Should have stuck with Advanced Auto.

Came in store Walden ave Depew. Called ahead for pricing. Need new battery on my Jeep good price installing as I wait. Very satisfied. Great service. Pricing and staff

A relaxing and well-stocked store. They were wonderful and instantly helpful to me and my family. Very patient as the key fob batteries were slippery and the little buttons came out and they made sure it was put back right and functional. So nice the whole time! I was trying to leave them a tip and they said they don’t take it and it’s all part of the process.

Came in with a dead battery and got set up with a nice new duralast platinum. The gentleman working installed it for me for free in the pouring rain. Very grateful for the extremely professional and friendly help
