The disrespect and unprofessional behavior the people that work here is beyond disgusting. Pam the store manager of this place doesn’t even have the knowledge about cars. She had to ask someone else about the parts. Prior to this a man asked her about a specific brand they have and she didn’t even try to find the brand just told the man they didn’t have it. They did carry the brand didn’t even want to look it up. We grabbed a socket to buy and the price where we grabbed it had $8.99 and I told her it was there. She didn’t even want to go see where we grabbed it or respect the price. And proceeded to laugh when I told her we wouldn’t take it if she didn’t respect the price. If this is the service autozone is striving for is so unprofessional.

First time visiting this location and it was fine. Got immediate help from the staff to get the part I was looking for. As I was waiting, multiple staff members asked if I needed help. A breath of fresh air on the customer service side of things. A definite recommend.

The staff was really helpful and professional. I want to shout out Ken for helping me install my new car battery as well as some tips for car maintenance! He was a great help and provided great service.

My car was struggling to start and I suspected I needed a new battery. I was in the area so stopped by to have them check. They were very friendly and happy to help out and sure enough, a new battery was needed. They walked me through my options, got the new battery installed, and made sure the car started before sending me on my way.

The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. They had the part I needed and it was very good price and a good fit. Not OEM but close enough.
