Shout out to the El Reno, Oklahoma AutoZone for making my day better! I had car issues and drove to the store after my neighbor gave me a jump. My car wouldn’t start after the employee checked my battery and determined it was not my battery. The manager came out and together both men determined what was causing the problem. It was my battery cable connection Both men didn’t leave me stranded in the bitter cold day and helped me get my car running again! I appreciate such dedication and kindness from these amazing employees! El Reno AutoZone is the best! I am very grateful for how they treated me and how helpful they were to me today!

I've been in this store several times over the years. Always dealt with nice workers every time. Never one single problem. I would definitely recommend anyone that needs something for their vehicle to go here.

Fantastic experience at this location! My alternator went out on my truck while 3 1/2 hours from home. Went to the AutoZone and they quickly verified the alternator was dead and provided multiple options for me to replace it. They offered basic tools for me to replace it in the parking lot, but I already had the basic tools needed. Great customer service!

He was really really helpful. I put bad diesel in my truck and helped me pump it out. Definitely 10/5 stars
