My experience with Diffee Ford/Lincoln has always been great over many years! I proudly refer my family and friends there for sales, service, professionalism and to make new friends. We have been fortunate to have Ronnie Porter as our sales associate for so many years! I love my new Aviator and look forward To enjoying it for several years.

We would like to thank Diffee Lincoln for the professional hospitality we received in purchasing our new 2025 Corsair. From the minute we walked Mr. Richard was very friendly in welcoming us as we waited to be seen. Conner our saleman was spot on in answering all our questions and ensured we were comfortable with all aspect of our vehicle. Again, we want to thank everyone involved in our process. Recently had a service need to address an exhaust issue and a few recalls for my Lincoln Aviator. I was able to schedule for a valet pick up of my vehicle and drop off of a loaner while the service was completed. Everything was taken care of in 3-4 days. My vehicle was dropped back off with a fresh wash and issues resolved. Scheduling was easy and everyone I encountered was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Third time we’ve used Diffee Ford for recalls. Everything went well in a timely manner and both times I was welcomed with a clean vehicle, (Avaitor), when I went to pick it up. My latest experience wasn’t too good. I took my car in on a Wednesday early morning for three recall fixes. I received a call that very evening saying my car was ready to pick up. Since I live over an hour away, I told them it would be the next day before I could pick it up however I called to tell them it would be Friday before I could pick it up. They assured me it was ready. On Friday I called the dealership service department when I was 30 minutes away. When I got to the service center I waited almost an hour for my car. Five people came, picked up their cars and left, when I asked the service attendant he mumbl

I live in Texas but drive to El Reno to visit family and get my Lincoln serviced at Diffee when I can because I prefer Diffee. Why? Because of the professionalism, hometown feel and quick oil changes. And I leave with a clean car (free car wash). Recently I had a recall performed and a check engine light diagnosed. The Lincoln service dept. found the issue, ordered parts and repaired my navigator in a timely manner during a holiday and Riley kept in contact with during the entire process. I definitely recommend Diffee!
