Today was the perfect day to go to autozone. Anthony & Gisselle helped me change the rubber on my wiper blade so I didnt have to travel to another location or order online. very down to earth team with great expertise!! :)

Big shout to Alex! Great customer service. He was patient, super knowledgeable, and walked me through multiple ways to diagnose my car issue. AutoZone is officially my first stop from now on whenever the car acts up!

I really like Autozone on Mclean Blvd. in Elgin. I bought a low beam light for my Prius headlight. I was mentioning to Alex who waited on me that now I just have to hope I can get it back in as it is a very tight fit. He said he would put it in for me. Alex you are the best! In just a few hours I already have 57 likes for this face book comment.

Needed a car door handle for the outside driver side which broke off So I looked around and AutoZone was the cheapest $15 and anywhere else was 60$ . They are very helpful and pleasant definitely a good place to go for car parts. Ty

Hands down best customer service I've ever received at an auto zone. Anthony or Tony the store manager not only was super nice but also to the extra step to replace my headlight bulb. Definetly recommend over the other ones in the area as I've had worst experiences with the others
