Update : Contacting Cooperate & Also submitting an online complaint to cooperate Will be getting in contact with the district manger & sending them the Audio & The Video I’ve recorded!!! Please listen to how unprofessional she was !! I went into this AutoZone to purchase a part and had a very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. When I walked up to the counter, the employee was on the phone talking and laughing instead of helping customers. I waited patiently, but I was not greeted properly at all. When she finally assisted me, I told her I was there to purchase a part. She asked for the PIN on the account, and I gave it to her. Then she asked for the name on the account, and I provided it. After I told her the name, she repeated it out loud, looked at another employee, and then

I took my daughter here for a bulb for her jeep. We were greeted when we walked in and checkout was pleasant. The associate was cheerful and left us with a feeling of returning here if we ever need another part. This store has a good selection of automotive products and tools.

On 10/31/2025 my Father and I had the pleasure of meeting the Manager, Mr. Errol and Associate, Mr. Jeremiah. These young men went above and beyond to help me replace my battery for my Dodge Ram. In recent I haven't gotten great customer service in many different places but I must give credit where credit is due. These 2 young men really impressed me and my Dad. I will be returning to the Ellenwood AutoZone for all my vehicle's needs because of these two gentlemen. Thank you again! Your Customer, Sharell Thomas

Today I was helped by Jeremiah. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. He is also very knowledgeable, and AutoZone is very lucky to have him on their team!!

If I could give a zero I would why every time I come in this store this women has a bad attitude The commercial manager is a horrible employee. I’ll be excited when robots replace her.
