We stopped in to purchase low beam headlights in the past the associates have always been friendly and helpful and would put them in for us. This week we encountered two very rude, clueless employees unwilling to help. We tried stopping by a couple times hoping to encounter a different associate when we finally found a different employee willing to help the other employee who we had been dealing with told him not to put them in for us. I ended up returning the lights I would prefer to deal with a company where I’m treated with respect and the employees are competent to handle their jobs.

I normally don't leave reviews, but the service provided today by Andrew deserves every recognition possible. He immediately identified an issue (stemming from being given the wrong part from a different location) and quickly rectified it. His skill and expertise in repair/installation was unquestionable and he is one of very few people I trust touching my car. Can't speak enough for his skill and attention to great service. I was tempted to leave a bad review for the other location, but Andrew turned that negative experience into a very positive one and turned my bad review into a glowing one. I hope he gets every bit of recognition that he deserves.

Jose the Store Manager gave me thee best Customer Service experience in my life! And I’ve ran plenty of Retail Stores myself! He is a credit to you’re brand and if only all the employees in the world care like he does business would be way more successful!

My car battery had died, I needed a jump from a friend to get me over to AutoZone. I believe the manager‘s name was José. First, I must say all the staff in there helped me, but Jose put the battery in for me. If anyone reads this and knows where a battery goes, in a Ford escape, it’s not an easy drop in and go. I have gone there numerous times and never was I disappointed. Thank you to all the employees there.

I was just in a few minutes ago to get a H-11 headlight bulb. The gentlemen was extremely helpful and made sure I got the correct bulb and assisted me in making sure it was correctly installed. What a great place with great employees!
