I called to inquire about leasing a specific vehicle and initially spoke with Ian, the sales manager. He was friendly, professional, and provided preliminary figures before connecting me with Jordi, a salesperson, to go over the details. At first, Jordi was responsive and came back with an attractive estimated monthly payment. However, when I requested the standard details needed to evaluate a lease — including the selling price, money factor, residual value, and a breakdown of fees and capitalization — he refused to provide them unless I came into the dealership in person. I bought a truck here Halloween night and this has easily been the best truck buying experience I ever had. The sales associate Jordi was absolutely stellar, a man of his word, and went above and beyond to get this deal done. In a world with subpar attention to detail and character, this dude was top notch. I don’t live in Pennsylvania and am ip here for work but I will make the drive to buy a truck from him again if I’m anywhere near the NE.
