Parke's Auto Repair

They sold me a great used truck years ago when I was just getting started. Recently my son bought his first car from Parke, and he's very happy with it. I've used their tow service for other work-related vehicle problems and have had mechanic work done there for going on 40 years. It is rare to find consistently honest and capable service like this nowadays.

I call the shop last week and asked if they could tow car car that had gone into anti theft mode after the key fob broke trying to start the car. They said that they could bring it to the dealership that I had requested. I gave them a credit card and was charge a reasonable amount to have it done that evening. I had calles at 4:45 and the dealer was closing at 5 pm. I asked if the could text me when the car was delivered to the dealer. They went one step beyond that and call me directly and told me what numbered spot the car was left in. Very happy with everything and wiuld recommend them. Thanks for helping me out! Mark.

Terrible experience. I was charged almost $100 for them to tell me they couldn't fix my car. And part of the reason was because they had unplugged three vacuum lines. They had it for over 4 days. When I called and inquired about it they said they were working on it, and I drove by and they were in a bob cat moving snow and this was the third day. I took it to another mechanic 15 minutes away and they fixed everything without any issues.

We use Parkes for all our towing needs they are the best prompt and polite Thank you Parke for all you do for us!!!
