I purchased a jack 3.5 ton the duralast gold one, and it has many flaws, i tried to return it with a receipt, and was denied. Told they could only replace it. I wanted my $$$ back to go to Harbor Freight and buy an actually decnt jack that can lift the front right corner of an f250 without putting the whole weight of my body on the handle. Im 185 lbs. Never had a jack as bad as this. Still trying to figure out how to get my money back. Terrible. NAPA From Now ONNN. AZ is terrible.

The manager Harry is so pleasant. He seems to really get along with all his coworkers. Every time I see him he’s always helping someone with a smile on his face. He definitely goes above and beyond for each customer.

The store manager was super helpful today!! It was Easter and my battery died and it couldn’t wait to be replaced!! The gentleman behind me offered to help me put the new battery in and when we couldn’t get the old one out because it was too corroded Jason helped out to get it cleaned up so we couldn’t put the new battery in! He went above and beyond!! I was really appreciative!!

Jason, the store manager, went above and beyond to assist me with the change out of a wiper blade. Something that was not a simple task like one would expect due to the vehicle type. He read the instruction manual and was able to install the new wiper blade. Very much appreciated and a level of service that I never expected! Grateful!

At 3PM on a Thursday, we had a quick turn need to replace a battery before catching a ferry. While the Falmouth Autozone does not have a garage, the staff arranged service to replace the battery at Dantas auto service just around the block (at no extra charge). I was able t bring a newly purchased battery to Dantas, have it installed, and return the old battery back to Autozone in less than an hour! The staff at both Autozone and Dantas were friendly and helpful. Thank you!
