I had the pleasure of going to this auto zone to have my battery replaced. My car had battery issues two days in a row due to the terrible cold, so I contacted this location and they told me not only could I get my battery replaced but they could also install it. The install was quick and efficient. The person who installed it, Charleston, was so friendly, helpful, and quick. The rest of the staff was inviting as well. I’ll definitely return to this location as other auto shops told me they weren’t able to. I’m so grateful to have this issue resolved. Thanks auto zone!

Exceptional friendly service! I came in pretty last minute during the day when I realized my headlight was out and Q and Arthur were so helpful. They were knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to put it in for me after I purchased the bulb. Great to know they are local help. It’s nice knowing you don’t have to drive far for great service. Got me in and out in less than 8 minutes.

I had a very good experience at Autozone today. A young man that works there by the name Q helped put my rear light in my car that had blew for free and when I offered to pay him he refused. He was a very nice gentleman and I want thank him again for his kindness it is appreciated.

The store was clean, the staff was very helpful, and they were stocked with lots of automotive parts and accessories 😀

Their battery test said my battery was good and my battery needed to be replaced. I got tested again and replaced at the dealership also.
