Gone are the days when staff would actually help you. Instead they cash you out and that’s it. I watched numerous people come in needing simple help such as which wire to connect to her battery or a check engine light and the man gave her the machine and told her plug it into your car yourself. Poor woman had no idea how to use it let alone where to plug it in. Another woman came in needed a gage to show how much air was in her tires and asked if someone could help her use it as she had a child with her and she didn’t know how to use this tool. Nope- the man said it’s easy you can do it yourself. Autozone used to be helpful and go the extra mile. Not anymore.

Absolutely the best staff I have ever dealt with. I can't say enough good things about the people who work there. They go above and beyond. Does Auto Zone pay these folks residual income? They definitely deserve it

The employees at this location are honest, friendly, kind, and ended up saving me a lot of cash today. They tested out my battery for my Mazda 3 for free, after Valvoline in Milford lied to me saying I needed a new one, and I am very grateful for that.
