This 1 star is ONLY for the product that I bought at this location, I have never had any issues with the store or employees in the years that I've been going there. I came into the store on January 7th because I was out of windshield washer fluid, normally I buy the RainX -20 or -30, but they didn't have anything besides the Shop Pro -20 on the shelves. So I bought two bottles of it for a total of $10.64 as shown in the one picture. My first thought was "why is this the same color as the regular warm weather one", could be confusing. Anyway, I poured 1 gallon in and still have 1 gallon of this crap product sitting in my garage. The afternoon of January 23rd, I noticed there was blue liquid on the ground and frozen blue liquid handing from my bumper. After the snow storm, I was digging out

I came today to get a headlight bulb and had no idea what I was doing and Diego helped me install it. He helped me for 10 minutes out in the 10 degree weather, and I just thought he deserved a shout out for going above and beyond. Wouldn't put on my wiper blades because it was a pin style. I'm leaving the same review for advanced Auto. Why do they hire people that don't know anything about cars? It literally takes 2 seconds to change I'm not paying an extra $5 for a wiper blade for me to have to put it on. Went to Walmart, paid half price, took literally 2 seconds to change.

The battery on my Husbands Chevy died and I had to be jumped, came in to the Franklin store and was taken care of by “Nick F” , he explained everything regarding the different battery options, and even performed a battery ,alternator, and a starter test on our car, turned out the alternator was bad which saved me from 2 pricey repairs!!! Thank you so much again

Wow! Excellent customer service! I came in with a concern regarding my headlight bulb replacement and was disappointed coming from another autozone I had gone to. I decided to try this location and called. Alejandro was very eager to help and advise me to come in for a second opinion. He assisted me, guided me with exchanging to the right piece I needed.
