Mavis Discount Tire

I have been going to Mavis for service for both my vehicles. Yes, it’s expensive but that’s life. However, I sent my son in with my car for an oil change and they talked him into (he says they didn’t even ask idk) extra services. A filter and a brake flush saying it’s recommended. Keep in mind, we had just replaced the brakes not even a year ago on our own. All of us on a budget know, lots of stuff if recommended. The oil change shot up to $350. I called and the man who said he was the manager claimed that my son had agreed to the services. While legally, sure maybe he did though he states he didn’t, none of those services were necessary. It felt predatory and I will not be taking my vehicles back to Mavis again. I have no problem paying for quality work. But paying $350 for a brake flush,

Justin and Everyone at Mavis in Franklin are awesome! My dad was a retired mechanic and would take his Jeep there to have them take care of things when it got to difficult for him and they always treated him with respect. Since my dad passed they continue to look out for my mom and the Jeep and have helped me in a pinch multiple times too! I feel safe knowing they are looking after our cars and am grateful there are still honest people out there that take customer service to the next level! They remember our names and always take great care of us!

Been coming to this specific Mavis for quite a few services and every time I’m super pleased. They’re always so accommodating and find time to get me in as soon as possible. I find the pricing fair compared to other nearby mechanics and every time my car has been in and out super at a reasonable time even with them being decently busy. Mario is always so helpful and friendly and answers any question I have to help me with my vehicle needs. I would recommend this Mavis if you are in the area

Justin provided great service. He took the time to inspect my car, explained everything clearly, and gave honest, knowledgeable advice. I felt comfortable and well-informed the whole time. Definitely recommend him!

Had a low tire light on. I called them and they told me to come right in. Put my jeep in the lift and checked all the tires with a device. My tires were low because of the weather ( cold air shrinks) I would recommend that everyone use them. You will not be sorry.
