Look, its not the stores fault we got the wrong part, but we gave them the VIN and verrified trim level. But my issue was my interaction with the manager. I wasnt demanding anything. I just said hey, id report this part as not fitting the car so others won't get affected and was kinda shocked at the response I got. Been going here for years, always had good experience. Don't blame the store for bad parts, but there is a system to report incorrect parts and it needs to be reported, I asked nicely.

The lady working was super professional, funny and helpful. I am a new driver and she was willing to show me how to change my blinker after it went out. Signed up for rewards and will definitely be returning whenever I have an issue!!!

I had a very pleasant experience at AutoZone in Fremont! Aiden, the employee that helped me was very knowledgeable and very courteous. I am grateful for his help and I now feel safe driving my car.

Love this place! All the Democrats and Liberals that work there! The manager is so so liberal, she helped me pick the proper unicorn 🦄 pee for my Diesel exhaust system! I’m so glad I chose the platinum Def! It feels so good to help save the environment! She also swapped vegan recipes with me! Wow awesome! I’m going to hug a tree later!
