I just want to clear something up. I wasn’t calling to get new tires installed at your shop — I was offering you three good used tires for free. When you kept asking if you were putting new tires on my car and I said no, it felt like the tone changed and the conversation got a little hostile. The only reason there were three tires is because I had one flat and decided to replace the full set. The other three were still in good condition and usable, which is why I thought your shop might want them. I wasn’t trying to waste anyone’s time. If there was a misunderstanding, that’s fine, but there’s always a respectful way to communicate. Customer service goes a long way — I hope that’s something you keep in mind moving forward.

I was in a pinch needed my car fixed as soon as possible. I think his name was Austin took great care of me. He stayed late and made sure my Saturn was fixed. Recommend this company to anyone.

Went there Saturday morning to get my tires replaced. Prices were fair and they were nice enough to do it before operating hours however they DID NOT rotate the better tires from the front to the back. They just replaced the fronts and left BALD tires on the rears while stating he’d order new ones for me. This has led to us almost spinning out 3 separate times in one night. It was completely unfair and unprofessional of him to set me up in a way insuring I’d be coming back to him to spend more money. There’s also an alarming disregard for human life and safety, DO NOT come here as a woman they will take advantage of you. After looking he also put the wrong tire size on wow unbelievable
