Baker Automotive Repair

I am very disappointed in the quality of service and care I received at Baker automotive repair Fremont, Ohio. I began bringing my car here after hearing positive things about the shop and ultimately spent thousands of dollars here. Unfortunately I had to return multiple times for the same issue, after taking the vehicle back at least four times, I was running out of both time and money. I finally took my car to the dealership, where I was informed that Baker had installed parts incorrectly. This cost me an additional $175 plus tax to fix the work, I had already paid for. I called Baker several times and spoke with two different employees clearly explaining the situation and requesting reimbursement for the additional expenses caused by their mistake. Best mechanics ive ever been too. Figured my car out in 6 hours. Took 2 other shops 3 months and they never figured it out but bakers is on another level of automotive knowledge. Ive recomended them to a couple other people already. Doug is an ecoboost genius.

I highly recommend these mechanics! Their expertise is outstanding, and they are incredibly knowledgeable. They are trustworthy and always take the time to clearly explain any issues with my vehicle. I appreciate their honesty and the way they make the whole process understandable. Excellent service!

Usually have a wonderful experience with this company But they did transmission and didn't have bracket secured so I couldn't put it in gear. Had clients with me and it was cold. Had to have car towed. They were supposed to reimburse me but I haven't seen a dime and it's been over a month. Very disappointed
