AutoZone Auto Parts

This place has 5-star customer service. The staff is super nice and went out of their way to put a part on my car for free when they didn’t have to.

I just want to thank the 2 Men that assisted me this morning with my very Taped and Wired hanger Muffler 😅. The older gentleman was helpful in teaching myself and the newer employee about parts. He even printed me out a diagram for my part. Then recommended an Amazing Service Spot. At the Shell down the Street. THANK YOU SO MUCH:

Our experience was terrible. The employee John C. didnt listen to anything we had to say about our issue. He only replied to our questions with 'You have to take your truck to a shop for a diagnostic.' How we choose to address our problems with our vehicle are not his business or concern. Typically we have very positive interactions with Auto Zone employees, but not with this time.

Stopped in for a low beam bulb on my Gen4 Outback. It was freezing and wet, but Matt offered to install it for me to help me avoid a shop fee. I just moved here and I already know which auto parts store will get all of my business. Thanks, Matt!

Great!!! Customer service, had an issue with my headlights and Lennox was able to help me with my issue, even referred me to further help, no extra charge.
