Honestly, had a terrible experience here. I needed a new battery, called this store, the person was very nice on the phone and after informing him of my type of car etc he said he had a battery and could change it for me. I had AAA come and jump my car so I could drive it there. Upon arrival, I was told by this person AND the other person working there that neither of them knew how to change my battery! Then they told me they could test my battery, but id have to shut my car off and I was afraid I would not be able to turn it back on. They then asked ME if I knew how to jump my own car bc he wasn't sure if he would be able to do it...? He ended up unscrewing things in my car and left it that way. I didn't know until I brought my car to an actual auto shop and they opened the hood and saw a

This is the second time I’ve bought a car battery at Autozone, the first was great. This time in Garwood, even better. The customer service is above and beyond. They never try to upsell, always seem genuine in their desire to help you out. Super impressed.

Edit: once they finally unlocked the door it was a great experience, employee assisting me was very helpful even though I knew exactly what I needed, I just needed to know where it was in the store. Posted hours and internet say open at 8:00 am, currently 8:07 and doors are locked, no signs of life inside
