Brian was extremely helpful from our conversation via phone to when I arrived in store. He was patient as he asked me what type of engine do I have 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ 🤣. So when I arrived, he came outside to confirm the proper specs of my car so he could provide me with the proper parts. He was also very helpful with price matching on synthetic oil for me and carried the box out to my car like a gentleman! Chivalry is not dead. I love supporting local and I love when local provides that hospitality. Thanks Brian!

I am new to the area..but this place is my go-to for parts and awesome customer service. Brian, Dennis, and Joe are the best! Brian assisted me when I first came to NAPA for power steering fluid, and when I called a few weeks later, he remembered me. A Great Customer Service experience is everything to me! For me, it means that not only is my dollar valued, but my business to the establishment is valued. I went here recently looking for some hard to find parts and the guys here were very attentive and thoroughly looked to see if they had them. It's nice to visit a place that is knowledgable and can help you figure out what you need and troubleshoot. I'll definitely be going back in the future.
