I brought my 2004 BMW X3 in for a specific issue: vibration at highway speeds and a burning smell after driving. I explained clearly that the vibration only occurs after about 10 minutes at 60+ mph. The vehicle was inspected but not test-driven. I was later presented with an estimate exceeding $3,000 that included replacing front and rear rotors, pads, calipers, sensors, and additional work — even though all the brake pads and rotors had been replaced last year. Instead of isolating the vibration issue, he wrote a “complete brake overhaul” estimate. This looks like: “Here’s everything that could be refreshed on a 20-year-old BMW.” Not: “Here’s the specific part causing your vibration.” When I mentioned that the rotors and pads were new, I was told, “I don’t care, I’m telling you what you

Worst experience ever! I know it all guy at the front desk when asked the parts they used lies straight up ,car started overheating after only 40 minutes of driving, over charging for every single thing! I won’t even let them fix a flat tire! BE AWARE
