No one here seems to know what they're doing. They ordered the wrong part. When I asked for help installing it they said that only one person would know how to do it but he wasn't there so they told me to go to the Jiffy Lube down the street. When I realized it was the wrong part, they reordered it and then called me. I drove down there only for them to tell me they called the wrong person. The service is nice-ish but I don't think anyone here knows anything about cars or even how to work their system.

Had to get a new battery for my RAV4 tonight and was so stressed about replacing it myself but the team was SO helpful finding a replacement and Timmy installed it for me. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and made the entire experience 11/10. Would definitely recommend this location.

I just came here for the first time and had a really great experience. The store manager, Timmy, went way out of his way to help me install a new battery cable connector after he helped me find the right part. Great customer service!

Tim at this Autozone location is amazing! He brought joy to my stressful day with car troubles and was extremely helpful. He fixed my car’s issues and got me back on the road. I definitely recommend going to Tim.

Horrible customer service. Said they wouldn't install the battery that I paid for because they were the only person there. It is a Sunday afternoon, how is there only one person staffed? Also, there was only one other customer in the entire store-he just didn't feel like doing a battery change. That's literally why people buy batteries from them and after reading other reviews it seems that this is a trend with this store. Do the job that you say you're going to do, I'll go to oreillys across the street next time
