Had to replace the battery. It was not in an easy to reach position but Shane worked at it for over an hour to get them switched out without a single complaint and with a smile on his face the whole time and seemed truly happy to be able to help. Towards the end Yayir helped him with the same level of customer service. I’ll be back! Thanks guys!

My husband is fighting cancer right now and I am having to learn to do things I have never done before because my husband always took care of those things. The check engine light came on in my vehicle and I went to this Auto Zone. Shane was so kind and helpful. He ran the diagnostic and went the extra mile in explaining everything to me.
