The manager need to go all he do is run his mouth apparently I tried to make a purchase (commercial) and he had me wait for 20 mins for his private phone call smh other associates told him I was waiting and he brushed them off

The guys in this one was rude and not helpfull at all , I needed help removing my oil cap and was told that they don't do that because of liability.I have been a customer for 30 years from Fla to GA to MD and have never heard of that especially to a woman.

An elderly woman came in because her car wasn’t starting. This store sold her a battery for $230, which is insane on its own. She comes back 3 days later because the car still isn’t starting. Auto Zone told her that she needed a starter. No one confirmed this first…no one hit the starter to diagnose the starter to be bad. The lady calls her mechanic saying Auto Zone told her the starter is bad. The mechanic pops the hood and does what every good mechanic does…YOU TEST THE BATTERY FIRST. If the battery is weak, then you cannot diagnose the starter or the alternator. Surprise! The battery wouldn’t hold a charge. The mechanic took a video of the battery CLEARLY draining as soon as the ignition was turned off. That’s a BAD BATTERY. He takes the battery back to Auto Zone and explains the proble

Was having some car trouble and the employee was very kind. The place was clean and cool. The gentleman went out of his wig to help me and give me great automotive advice. That area and environment have not affected this business. They are customer concerned and aware! From the older model "Toyota Van lady." I thank you!

The manager here is very rude. I try to avoid this location if I can.
