Damian and Will are fantastic employees and they represent Autozone to it's top tier. I have been having issues with my Audi TT I just bought and they walked me through all of my problems and had great advice. I'm not one for working on cars, but both Damian and Will were very professional and I never felt judged for asking questions. 5 stars, easily.

Had to exchange a low beam bulb for a different type and Chris (Hamburg store)took the time to come out to my car, pull the owners manual and despite the manual indicating I had to go to dealer for bulb, he was able to figure out the correct bulb. Awesome!

A saleswoman this am assisted me with finding the correct windshield wiper blades for my vehicle and put them on for me. Was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am very appreciative. Will continue to shop here.

I went in for a battery after my dealership advised that my battery health was low. I should have just gotten a new battery through my dealership. I went in with a picture of the battery I needed for reference, Shy (unsure of her to spell her name but she was rude) told me that reference picture “is not helpful”. She proceeded to ask the make and model of my car which was fine. She then found the battery and brought it out to me on a cart. There was a male worker who was also present but just standing around. Not one person offered to help carry the battery out or even let me borrow the cart they brought the battery out on. Needless to say the service was poor and I will not be returning to autozone. I thought I would be able to save some money by shopping at this establishment but the rud
