Outten Chevrolet of Hamburg Service & Tire Center

Took our truck back here for it's yearly work and while I'm very pleased with the work the mechanic did we aren't happy with an add on to our regular service we purchased. We took the offer of 260 dollars for their "back to new" detail.. we understood that the truck is almost 8 years old but it's in great shape for it's age so we expected the detailing to include a complete wash and wax of the exterior, shampoo and clean the seats and carpets, the wheel wells and engine bay too were supposed to be included. The engine bay wasn't touched, the interior was clean but not great and they used some sort of greasy spray/wipe all over everything that made it feel like it was covered in baby oil! We had to rewash the steering wheel so it was able to be held safely and the door handles needed to be

This is by far the best experience I've had with a dealership! Great communication, transparency, and follow up. Jodi's customer service skills was phenomenal. We have closer Chevrolet dealerships in our area, but I'll always go the extra distance for the quality experience they offer.

Keenan in the Service Center was such a blessing. We were cutting through Hamburg heading home which is 3 hours away when we had some car trouble. We pulled in and Keenan put the car up on the lift right away. He got us back on the road in no time. Sooooo happy he was there and was able to help us. And, he was super nice the entire time. Highly recommend working with Keenan.

I had an appointment for an oil change and decided the day before my appointment that I needed the inspection. She had no problem with adding that to my oil change appointment.
