Mavis Discount Tire

I found out I had a flat tire at the end of my work day, and they were able to fit me in to fix my tire right away. There was no obvious cause so they took the tire apart and found it after a thorough inspection. So happy for their attention to detail and speed of service to get my car back on the road right away!

Had appointment today at Mavis Tire Hamburg location. Jason was our first contact on the phone and he was as helpful and kind in person as he was on the phone. Ascend was the mechanic who checked our battery, break fluids and installed 4 new tires. She did a great job! She seemed so cheery. And I have to mention Dionne, for she seemed to breeze around, like Jason, at the front desk, in the shop, managing the customers, phones and whatever required their attention. Great team of people!

Dionne was very kind, professional, and patient throughout our interaction. She explained everything clearly and made sure we understood all the details. We truly appreciate her excellent customer service and support.

I was driving on I-78W and got a flat tire. I called the nearest tire company, Mavis, and spoke with Dionne and she was such a pleasure. I provided her with my tire size and she assisted immediately. She advised me that my tire was in stock and concluded our phone call. Upon arrival to the store, Dionne greeted me and displayed exceptional customer service. She was pleasant and assisted me with everything I needed. This location has toys for children and tv’s to watch during your wait. I arrived nearly an hour prior to closing and I was not rushed nor did any of the employees demonstrate negative energy towards me. My tire was fixed promptly and I left as a satisfied customer.
