The Hannibal store crew provided unmatched service when our truck broke down 10 miles south of Hannibal. My husband called at 7am and was lucky enough to have someone answer the phone an hour before the store opened. He explained our mechanical issue and the associate that answered explained that they weren't open, but was quick to offer assistance when he heard our issue. He found the part to ensure it was actually in stock and then the store manager was kind enough to deliver the part to us while we were on the side of the highway. He even stayed while my husband completed the repair. This service that went ABOVE AND BEYOND did not go unnoticed and their kindness is greatly appreciated.

I never catch the gals name when I stop in there. SHE SEEMS TO KNOW HER STUFF. VERY HELPFUL. And she answers your questions quickly and to the point. She should get "exceptional employee". I'll be the first to cast my vote.

I bought a new car battery and Pam was very very courteous. She came out to my car, changed the battery out and also put my Antifreeze in for me. She was very respectful and soooo nice.

On Sunday August 31st, I had a flat tire. It was just me and my two children, both under the age of 10. I was stopped at a gas station across from Auto Zone. The gas stations air pump was not working. I could not move my car. The tire was completely flat. I called over to Auto Zone across the street and told them about my situation. I asked if they had an air pump I could use. The guy was so nice and said he would come over and help me. He came within 5 minutes with a pump. He then observed that my tire could not air up completely because there was so much air coming out and I would not be able to make it somewhere to get it fixed. He suggested that I drive the car over to Auto Zone and he would patch the tire for me. He patched my tire and I was able to make it home, which was about 90 m
