Nate was super helpful we were 30 minutes from Hannibal he came and helped us replace our tires we had been stuck on the side of the road for hours and he was the ONLY person that would help us. He is mobile for tire repairs and doesn’t overcharge you.

I called them on Monday to do a brake job. They said they could get me in on Friday at 2 o’clock went out there at 1:45 on Friday so they were backed up and to come in Monday at nine came in on Monday at nine sat there for over an two hours waiting to get my brakes fixed. Then to come out and find out they ordered the wrong brakes has to be the heavy duty. Which I priced checked myself and still didn’t add up,and that the job is gonna be 180+ the brakes which they told me on the phone. It was only gonna be $200 with labor being 120 when I talk to him originally and I understand that’s just estimate and things change. While traveling through the Hannibal, MO area on a Sunday afternoon, I got a flat tire on my truck. I called Nate’s Auto & Tire, and Nate immediately asked if I was stranded or needed assistance on the road... that was the first thing that stood out to me. I already had my spare on, but it was clear that he was available to assist if needed. When I met him at his shop, Nate was incredibly personable and over the course of our roughly 45-minute interaction, he took the time to explain things before getting me back on the road. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine attitude made what could have been a stressful situation into a positive one. I definitely want to give honor where honor is due. I left early and was two hours into my trip when my alternator went out without warning just north of Hannibal around 6:30am. After looking at reviews I called Nate as I saw he had a shop, but also towed. He went above and beyond to make sure that I and my three boys were safe and taken care of today. He and the help of his crew helped turn a quite stressful day into a smoother one. I was able to get fixed up and back on the road. Due to their customer service and skills, I was even able to get to my destination before sundown. If they ever want to set up shop in Tennessee I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else. I am so very thankful. This shop was an answer to prayer today.

My brakes went out on me on my way back to Illinois and I had both of my little babies with me, it was 8:30 at night and I gave Nate a call and he answered right away! He came immediately and picked up me and my kiddos and took us to a hotel. First thing in the morning he picked my car up and immediately started working on it! Got me right back on the road and his staff was AMAZING! Definitely appreciated this company so much for their time and kindness!☺️ Nate is very very nice guy and will do anything for you while your car is in process! Thank you a million times!
