⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service – Truly Above and Beyond! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at the AutoZone in Harvest. I stopped in today because my check engine light came on, and I was feeling stressed and unsure about what was going on with my vehicle. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, patience, and genuine care. They ran the code for me right away, and the night manager, Brandon, went above and beyond by offering to come outside and actually listen to what my car was doing. Not only did he explain the code clearly, but he also quickly identified the real issue — including a problem caused by an improper job from a recent express oil change. I ended up at AutoZone by happenstance where I met an employee Jayden. In a time where customer service is lacking at best, Jayden was a breath of fresh air. He helped me select a product, and even replaced my windshield wipers free of charge(hopefully he was fairly compensated). He was so professional, and acted like he was truly happy to help me. If one is in the area and has auto needs, please stop by AutoZone! Maybe you’ll get to meet Jayden.

These folks are outstanding! We had a battery die. Our car was parked in our garage. No way to get to the battery. When I called our new Harvest Auto Zone. The manger offer on his own time to help after his shift was over. He explained how I could pay for the battery, he would send my receipt to me and he would install the battery. JayLyn arrived about 20 minutes after his shift was over and replaced the battery so I could get to my early morning doctor's appointment the next day. He was so pleasant. At our age changing a battery was impossible. We will be loyal customers to our new Auto Zone.

Brandon was so helpful and knowledgeable about what could have been going on about my car. Took the time to run a test and show me how it check a few things. I will be back anytime I need anything for my car and recommend anyone to this location. Thank you so much. You were a blessing.

I came in to the new store and it was raining cold and yucky in my dad‘s truck need a new battery. The manager Mr. Thompson personally came out and went above and beyond and put the battery in my dad‘s truck. At the time he did not know That my dad was without oxygen and needed the battery desperately. I want to tell him thank you so much for being a good person and for me not to have to to tell you for you to do all of that thank you. It was a pleasure talking to you all and I WILL BE BACK!
