This shop is wonderful. These guys helped me out so much, brought my car to a different shop to get an alignment and was told my wheels had negative camber and they couldn’t adjust it and told me I may have a possible frame damage causing it. Decided to get a second opinion and brought it to these guys, I gave them the alignment paperwork from the other shop and they assessed the situation. They went and did their own personal inspection and found that the other shop messed up the alignment all together. They went and fixed my car up right away and my car is driving perfectly now. From what I was told they are assuming the other shops computer calibration is off giving bad reading. Pro align informed me they recalibrate their equipment daily. Ken and his guys do good, honest work at reasonable rates. He's helpful and goes out of his way to get things done for you. They are knowledgeable and don't try to upsell you on work that really doesn't need to be done. You need to have a local mechanic you can trust, especially when dealerships are charging $200/hr for anything. We've taken several vehicles to Pro Align and have had nothing but great experiences.

My favorite old C10 Chevy got badly crashed and I trusted the crew at Pro Align to restore it back to near factory condition. They did a great job on it and were really good about working within my budget and communicating well throughout the entire process. At no point did I feel i was being sold work that wasn't necessary, but they were clear about what needed to be done, and what my insurance would pay for and what they wouldn't. They were also quite good about letting me do some of the mechanical work myself, which I really appreciated. Big thanks to Kent for running such an excellent shop and also a shout out to Greg Thomas for the bodywork and paint- I've had many cars and his is the best paint job I have ever had.

Kent is such a nice guy. He did a lot of research for us to determine the best way to go about fixing our car. I would not hesitate to take my cars here.

They have had my car about 3 months they was suppose to be doing some rewiring on it and every time I call them about why it's taking this long they are always giving me excuses and the run around they told me almost a month ago they was going to get it in the garage and start working on it and here it is a month later and it's still sitting out in the lot
