The vacuums are awful! It came flying off as I grabbed it, I had to push it back on and the suction was so light. The last time I came the water hose broke and shot all over me. This place needs some help

New 5 Star Review - June 2025 Time to update this review. This is still the only spray bay I go to. I attempted to go to one in Tuscumbia, AL over the weekend, but it was in terrible shape! This one is much better, and the owner is doing a great job maintaining the equipment and keeping everything clean. Brush, soap, etc all worked as expected and the app is still super convenient! Unfortunately, it has really gone down hill over the past couple of months. Only 2 of the 4 bays are operational.
