Walked in and a guy at the counter with a beard and glasses very tiredly said “be with you in a minute” it looked like he was scanning some product- but no customer. I waited a bit, just needed direction to an aisle. I decided to looking for myself because my time is important too. They didn’t have the product I needed and it was listed on the internet as in stock. I walked past the guy to leave and he didn’t bother to ask me if I’d had success so not. Guess he’s not the owner 🤣

Mr. BJ Bragg was Awesome! He found the right vehicle battery that I needed, he went beyond to change out my old battery even tho it was tough to get too. He noticed two filters on my vehicle that needed to be changed out and let me know. Everyone was very helpful and nice. I will definitely be going back!

Had check engine light on my mercedes went in to find out reason a man named bj helped me and I just want to say that guy rite there went above and beyond not only did he find the reason but also fixed it for me and then seen my battery wasnt even mounted to the post and fixed it for me!!!!! Guess what no more check engine light!!!! Made my week!!! Give this guy a raise asap.

Mr. BJ Bragg helped me out with everything I needed. Changed out my battery, which was way more complicated then it should be, saw that I needed several fluids and a cap for one of my holding tanks. Took great care of me even though it was COLD and first thing in the morning. GREAT guy and was super helpful. My family doesn’t go anywhere else!! Great job! Great service! Great people!

I had a choice of calling any auto store , I called AutoZone for this reason. From the time Carter answered the phone to the time I walked in the door at AutoZone Carter was helping me select the right battery for my car and installed it. It was truly painless and very Refreshing to see such great customer service with a smile and eager to help with a smile. Good to know they’re still stores out there with such great customer service from everyone that worked at AutoZone In Hillsborough!
