The staff here is amazing! We were passing through from Arkansas headed to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and our windshield wiper popped off. Mr. Jim replaced it, and he also discovered that our other windshield wiper was broken. So kind and helpful!

Do not purchase your battery from Autozone if your time is valuable. They won't warranty it without having to charge it (they said it would have to charge atleast an hour). You have to wait or come back later to find out their decision even though they tested it when you brought it in and it showed that it was bad. I have bought batteries from O'Reilly's and they warranty it immediately without the wait if it tests bad. It took 10 minutes to walk out with a new one at O'Reilly's vs an hour wait at Autozone.

This AutoZone needs more employees if they are going to keep on making money every time I go in this store I see other customers waiting for at least 10 to 15 minutes before getting attendant to. If you are wanting to get parts quick this is not the store you want to be getting your parts at. I do not recommend coming here at all

I have been using this autozone for 36 years and I have always been treated very well. The staff here are very knowledgeable at their craft and provide great customer support. I always recommend this store to all my friends, family, and colleagues. I’m so pleased to be welcomed by Rosa. She is extremely good at her job and provides the best solution. Jay and Wayne make your big projects accomplishable. When you have an odd part you’re looking for, they help you locate it or where to possibly find it. I can’t say enough when it comes to this location. I’m grateful for this staff here in Jasper.
