Ever since the new manager, Kit Miller, took over in November, I've never seen the store look so clean and tidy. The staff is so much more helpful and don't seem miserable to be there! Kit Miller has done a fantastic job in such a short time!

I was in a pinch for a part for my RV. I pulled my 32 footer in to their parking lot around 8:15pm and was during the time of year when they close earlier than usual. I needed the part in order to continue down the road but the shop fifteen minutes early that night leaving me stranded and out of options. Good thing O'Reilly's is right down the street and their staff stays open until their posted hours dictate otherwise. I guess Auto Zone enjoys losing customers to their competitor.

Boy behind counter was very rude to my husband when my husband showed him a u-bolt he needed replaced. The boy said “we don’t have anything that small “. That’s it! He didn’t ask what it went to or anything. He didn’t even try to look, nothing! When my husband in disbelief said “not even at an auto part store?” The boy said “ not with that attitude “. My husband didn’t have an attitude. The boy, your employee is the one with a giant attitude and we will never return to this store and probably won’t visit any other auto zone stores. Never have been treated so disrespectful in my life! Today’s date is 5/24/25 at Kennett MO location.

Couldn't help me with changing battery in my key remote. Nice young men check out was smooth except for the key clicker. This Store Never has the same employees working turn over is horrible here. Not sure why because everyone seems helpful and nice.

Thank you Devin! Amazing job, he followed up on an order o placed the day before. It was not delivered to my mechanic by the rt ppl, so he realized this issue and put the part in the delivery drivers hand to get my car back on the road today! Again, Devin I truly appreciate your work and thoroughness! You deserve a raise!
