Made appointment online and had my tires picked out. Had an issue with its sending my quote to my email and saving it. But the team member at the store took care of all of it quickly. Truck was ready before my pickup time.
Me and my family was in Jonesboro Ar. When we had a tire go bad and everywhere I went nobody had the tire I needed and as I was driving I spotted a Tire Plaza and pulled in, it was getting close to quitting time for them, and they just happened to have a tire I needed and was kind enough to put it on before they went home And the same thing happened to me and my wife today, we were working delivering groceries using our car when all of a Sudden our back tire was getting ready to give out on us but with God watching over us we made it from Campbell MO. to Kennett Mo. Just in time before they closed and they replaced our tire so we could finish our job. From here on out Plaza Tire will be the only one who will do all my tire work. I want to thank all the workers for being so nice.
Prompt service on repairing a tire with a very slow leak. I was preparing to leave for my home in Florida when I discovered my tire pressure was12 psi low. John took .me right on and they found t and repaired the problem. This company is upfront and honest. I trust them completely.
Clean and friendly atmosphere, they took care of what I needed and were very quick. Highly recommend!!!
Stopped because I needed 2 new tired on my way to St. Louis from Houston and they had my size in stock and installed them quickly to get me back on the road. The gentleman that helped me was nice and helpful. If I'm in that part of the woods again I will go back. Thank you
