Glen Sain Chevrolet GMC, INC.

I’m writing this review because I want this company and everyone who brings their automobiles to Glen Sain to be keenly aware of the dangers they put me in. I was traveling from Mississippi through Missouri and hit something in the road approximately 4.6 miles from the dealership, so I drove to get competent advice if it was safe to proceed back to Tennessee where I currently live. The service department said “Oh, yes! It’s just some codes, proceed home to Tennessee and have them look at it!” When I brought it to the collision center at the advice of my insurance company, they walked out, saw my wheels leaning inward, and said I could have gotten killed traveling with that suspension bent like that!!! They advised me to call that dealership back that gave me that horrific advice and

We were tired of the way some dealerships play games and gouge you for more and more past your budget. That being said, we purchased our last car through Carvana to avoid these issues. We then gave Glen Sain a shot which was recommended by friends and we did. The experience with Glen Sain and their staff couldn't have been more relaxed. I normally compare purchasing a vehicle to having a root canal but this experience was easier then making a purchase at Wal-Mart. We WILL definitely be a returning customer.

Everyone that we dealt with was very informative and helpful answered all of our questions and we left in a new truck very happy.

I've never bought a vehicle from them but I wash their windows and they treat me just like they treat their customers. They're good folks.
