AutoZone Auto Parts

I went to O’Reilleys auto parts on the south side first to have my battery tested, turns out I needed a new one. When I asked if they were able to change it out now they said they didn’t have the people staffed yet to do it and I would have to come back. I drove down the road to Auto Zone and Steve greeted me with a smile right off the bat. I wish I would have just come here first. He was so nice and friendly and was able to help me out right then and there. He changed out my battery lickity split without complaints even though it was cold. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need anything else car related. Thank you Steve!!!

Needed a battery replaced. Employee did that but the snickers and comments from a different worker were inappropriate and not appreciated. Do better fellas.

Parts are good. Manager is awesome and the store was clean. Not one single complaint. Don't think I could find anything wrong if I had looked for something

The female manager went above and beyond for me. Their customer service was top-notch. The alternator is in, and now we are back moving around. Thanks for your awesome customer service.
