Northside Automotive and Fleet

As a college student at UWL, I didn’t really know where to take my vehicle for service. I called Northside auto & fleet and Tim took great care of me. I recently just took my car back to them to get a new starter in it, and in an urgent call and worry Tim got my starter replaced within a same day tow & notice. Grateful for his help, and highly recommend taking your vehicle to this location.

Upon getting my work completed, Tim was very upfront about issues going on and recommendations. I felt like my specific concerns were heard without pressure to complete recommendations. He took the time to show me what to look for under the hood with keeping fluids filled and offered his assistance if I ever needed to stop by with further questions on topping off fluids. This really stood out to me and is truly so kind. I have never received customer service like this anywhere else and I will continue bringing my business here and recommending to everyone! Was needing an exhaust rebuild. They got my car in within a week, and the whole rebuild was done within the day. And for a great price. Definitely would recommend, especially for bigger jobs.
