I went to a different autozone who refused to install a battery I bought (after I asked if they could install it if I buy it there) because it was cold and busy (there was 3 people at the cash register and 1 person behind me). So I returned the item and came to this one and they were so understanding and nice. For someone who doesn’t know anything about fixing cars, they were very helpful! Carlos is the best!!! Please give this man a raise!!

Great service at this location! I had a battery situation that I needed help with. The manager (Eddie) was helpful in identifying exactly what I needed and took care of it quickly. He is very professional and courteous.

Just wanted to come out and say what a team Eddy has here . Very friendly and understanding. I had a situation I came in here normal and they worked things out with me and understood my situation! Shoutout to the district manager understanding guy and knows how to choose his managers right .I would highly recommend to come check them out and give them services !

I lived in LaVergne for the last 23 years and never have I ever been so insulted while trying to buy oil for my car. I hadn’t been to this back to the particular location for the better half of the year and I can a sure you they are NOT the same people that gave this location its great reputation of customer service that it so desperately needed for the last couple of years but I digress , The Young gentleman that attended me not only was he extremely unprofessional of requesting my services BUT ALL WHILE EATING A MCDONALDS MCFLURRY ICE CREAM ON THE JOB ON THE FLOOR.What’s worse is That the manager, or at least the guy in charge, seem to acknowledge it and not do anything about it. I then proceed to check out and request to use my auto zone rewards and he tells me I am not in the system, e
