Very bad experience. I went to AutoZone to return an item. Even though my purchase was clearly in the system using my phone number, the employees refused to help just because I didn’t have the physical receipt. I was left waiting over 30 minutes with no solution. What’s disappointing is that the employee who used to work here before and spoke Spanish was always very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, the new employees do not provide the same level of customer service.

I give it three stars because the girl that helped me with spectacular, and they had the part that I needed. I had to wait a good little while for the manager to get off the phone so he can authorize my military discount. That's why he didn't get five. Probably need to work on customer service there.

Fantastic service, and store was stocked with numerous unique items of interest for car owners. I needed a set of wipers, and they installed them for free. Good location, away from the crowds. prompt service. And this was on a Saturday morning.

The battery in my car died and it was late in the day. I badly needed it for an early AM appointment the next day. I went to Auto Zone and the manager himself installed it for me despite being close to closing time. Terrific attitude and quality of work. It was not an easy installation on the model of car I have and did so with a smile on his face.

I was completely impressed with Abias's professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend this business. The model of my car made things a little frustrating but he was very patient and helpful.
