I came in for rear breaks.. The woman on duty was absolutely rude and used no customer service skills in the interaction! Wanted me to buy multiple kinds of breaks instead of helping me figure out which were correct for my vehicle. The attitude she spoke to me with was degrading and unacceptable. Maybe some more training would help! No one deserves to be treated this way while wanting to spend money in this establishment

Janet and her team went above and beyond to correct an issue that started when I was sold the wrong part years ago at a different auto zone. She listened to my whole story and worked with me to correct the issue. I will be loyal to this store from now on. Highly recommended.

I've had a couple of issues with my Jeep and Toyota the last few months. On both occasions they were able to provide parts and, far more importantly, advice. Both of these problems were a bit obscure but Jason (I think that was his name) and Janet were both able to provide great service. They've bought our love with their help.

I had a very great experience at this auto zone location. A very friendly representative Named Jason helped me pick out a new battery for my car, and even though the battery was not in stock and I had to go to another location, he helped me jump my battery to get it to restart. He was very informative And helpful!

Janet’s help in finding a battery, an OBD2 Scanner, and a Tender for my daughter’s Mini Cooper was a “Life-Saver”. Not only did she find the perfect parts, she guided me through the process of registering the battery. This SAVED ME $250-$300 that BMW wanted to charge. She is very knowledgeable and professional.
