They helped as much as they could! The part i needed they didnt have. But neither could advanced, napa or any ford dealership. They did give me advice about ordering the part online. Which is more than most did. So 5 stars it is

We had to stop at AutoZone due to an issue after having an issue with a new battery that was installed before we left home. All the employees were awesome, however, Sherman and Pharris were not only great but eager to help. AND fixed the issue. Now we feel safe for our long trek home. Thank you!!!

Great friendly service here. Searched the whole store over and this very nice fella helped me find what I was looking for. Also, I found these pink fuzzy dice to drive my husband crazy. 😂🤣🤪

I was very impressed with the service here. Griffith C. went out of his way to assist me. He helped diagnose what the issue was find part numbers and even call the local auto shop to see if they were open and could take me. Everything worked out as well as it could have and his customer service skills were exceptional! I would highly recommend this AutoZone and ask for Griffith
