Thoroughbred Express Auto Wash

It seems like a different crew every week. One crew will brush both sides of your vehicle, while one will not attempt to do anything (usually the driver side person). Lately it seems that the car wash is not drying your car and leaving spots all over the vehicle where you have to dry by hand. It seems as if equipment and personnel or start to fail. I have the 2 vehicles with highest plan. Hope it gets better. I use too really like this car wash. Most personnel or really friendly, courteous, and helpful. I know you can go through the car wash again if you’re not happy, but who wants to drive through a car wash twice.

OMG! I got a great wash from SaraBeth and Ashton today. My Jeep looked rough and they worked tirelessly to get her shining again. The property is always neat and tidy and EVERYTHING WORKS!! Everytime go thru the wash, it cleans my vehicles wonderfully (I have 3 of the Secretariat Unlimited packages) I love that y'all open so early and stay late, it makes it more possible for me to get in and get my vehicles clean. Lastly, SaraBeth and Ashton, you are kind, hard working and meticulous with your work. You all are beyond good at your jobs and I appreciate you! To the owner: SaraBeth and Ashton deserve recognition... Just saying! Thank you

I pay a membership fee for THREE vehicles here, and it is becoming commonplace for this location to close before posted business hours, or just “whenever” . The website STILL shows this locations business hours as closing at 7pm, (last updated 3 weeks ago) - yet they close at 6pm- Today I show up and get in line at 5:42pm and I’m met by an employee telling me that they close at six, and if I haven’t made it through the line by then, they will be “setting out the cones” turning the rest away and closing - but he “thinks” I might make it through the gate….. I’m seriously considering my whole subscription here. I don’t pay $80 a month to NOT wash my cars. I am currently stuck at the gate behind someone that is not a membership holder, the “kiosk” isn’t working, and nobody will come out of

The quality continues to decline week by week. The wash leaves spots everywhere…I have to get out and spend 20 minutes drying it by hand just so that it doesn’t happen. My front plates get mangled more with each wash, and the last time I was there the vacuum hose nozzle ends were falling off and the air blower didn’t work.

WARNING! If your car is more than 10 years old DO NOT wash your car here. The automated carwash destroyed my roof light mid-wash and injected water into my ceiling causing water damage. They refused to pay for the damages because my truck was more than 10 years old. The reason stated was it is a blanket company policy. Be warned.
