I visited today & was greeted by Maria. She was amazing. The line moved quick & she was very helpful. Mike was quick to help me swap out the battery. He had just finished up helping a customer install their windshield wipers & didn’t hesitate to come right over. He got me fixed up in no time! We even chatted about the upcoming weather & he made sure to remind me to prepare my vehicle & home for the upcoming freeze. These two are GEMS! I would drive to this location again just for their customer service!

Miranda did an amazing job helping me out today. There was some confusion with my refund amount, and Miranda went above and beyond to ensure great customer service. I walked in a little frustrated and left feeling like great customer service still exists! Miranda was polite, helpful and professional throughout the entire experience. Miranda was patient and very kind, and I appreciate the time and attention she spent on getting to the bottom of the issue. Definitely returning to this location for any auto part needs.

I went in with an undercarriage cover dragging. Farzin, management, and all workers came to my aide immediately. I was able to get the part removed and was on my way. I am so glad I ended up at this location. They saved me. Thank you to all that helped, especially Farzin who didn’t mind getting a little dirty to help us out.
