Rapid Express Car Wash - Leon Valley

Well worth any plan you purchase. I give Leon Valley a 3 star review because; Lack of dirty towel bucket next to the vacuum, the wash has trouble removing dirt from lower front bumper. Every location, the tire shine process leaves gunk on tires and lower body of car, recommend removing the tire shine from wash, just ask the car wash attendant, they are always good attitude and willing to help.

Just went through the car wash, I was happy with it (well the soap didn’t smell great but not a big deal), all would’ve been fine but when I got to the dryers I realized there was still tons of soap on my car. Obviously way too much to leave it like that without doing damage. So I went back through and just told the person working there that I had just checked in with 2 minutes before that the soap was still clearly on my car. I just wanted to run through again to get it off, not a big deal, I wasn’t upset. She said my only option would be to towel dry my mirrors off and that it was normal to still have so much soap on my car because they don’t rinse the mirrors off as hard there to prevent damage. I purchased the package with everything you could get - and it FAILED. My vehicle was not clean when I exited. I was SHOCKED that I had to wipe ALL of my windows. In addition, the back of the vehicle looked as if it was NOT washed. I wish I took a picture of the back window before I wiped it clean. It took NINE towels to wipe all of my windows clean. I am a former member. I purchased my membership when the place first opened. I like the cleaning supplies they provide and I've considered renewing my membership but I think I'm against that after this visit. I'm searching for positive things to say but this visit left me shocked and disappointed. I did see a guy taking pictures of the equipment. Perhaps it was faulty and they were calling it in? This place is pretty awesome. Right now they are having a special for unlimited mvp washes for 10.00 a month for 3 months. I would recommend it for sure. The thing I think I like the most is tje vacuums they provide. No time limit and really good suction system. They also provide glass cleaner, towels,and scents for your vehicle. Definitely give them a try!

In my experience the quality of the carwash as dropped horribly! My post 3 years ago was 5 star but yesterday I went through for the 15.00 wash and two of the stages were inoperative... I particularly wanted the tire shine and it was doing nothing. When I parked I looked at the back of my car and it was dirty. I think they have sped up the conveyor system to get volume through and save costs so the brushes dont do a god job particularly on the rear of the vehicle. I'm going to try Auto Glide Express next time. New carwash close to 1604 on the other side of bandera.
