At first I thought they were amazing. They kept in contact with me etc…Wiki had assisted me and was up late trying to get me helped . However, the next day and following. I heard nothing from him. He asked me to provide documentation and after sending, I had to follow up with him. Called, no answer. Text no answer. They had me get insurance on the car and hadn’t followed up with me or reached out to me afterwards. I had to keep reaching out. You don’t have people send you their personal information, then go ghost. Absolutely ridiculous and handled very terribly. I let them know to stop the process because I haven’t heard anything in a few days now which is wild to me. I’m furious for them playing with my time and am not for that at all.
